Busy Week!

This is going to be a busy week. Our revival started today and I'll be at church each nght through Wednesday. Our evangelist is 86 years old and does a wonderful job. This is his third visit to our church, and we look forward to having him each time. His wife is 84 and played the accordian tonight and sang a special. They are a precious couple (will have been married 67 years as of 4/3/09).

I should find out tomorrow something about what our office is going to do and what my job situation will be. I know that God already knows my future and is going ahead of me to prepare the way. I just hope I will know His will and follow His directions. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

I had the opportunity to go to dinner last night with my friends Ramona, Herman and Dottie. Since they've joined another church, our visits are not quite so frequent. Then today, I had lunch with my pastor, his wife, the visiting evangelist and his wife. So, I've been in wonderful company most of the weekend. The rest of the weekend consisted of cleaning house and grocery shopping.

On a personal note, please keep me in your prayers as I've been wrestling this week with more of the depression/spiritual warfare. Not nearly as bad but enough to affect my mood. Yes, I'm still taking the medicine and will continue but Satan and his cohorts are busily trying to shoot their darts at my mind.

Hope all of you have a great week. Until next time...Wanda.

Hey Sis! Just know you are loved dearly, prayed for regularly and thought about daily!! The uncertainties of life [your job for you right not], facing life alone for me all cause anxieties and our hearts to hurt. But we still have to know God is in control, He loves you and so do I.
